Bug: Bug is a fault in a program or application which is found when the actual result diverts from the expected result.

Defect: A flaw in a component or system which causes the component or system to fail to perform its required function. e.g. an incorrect statement or data definition.

There was some instance were I was not happy with management decision but as of now I realize how important is for any individual to show flexibility in work.He or she should be adoptable enough to understand ongoing reengineering process, corporate strategy and long term vision.

My career objective was to be successful in my field. Those who discouraged me, didnot believe in me, insulted me are the most influential "people" in my life as they gave me the reason to prove myself and drove me towards my aim to be successful.

Regression testing is reqiured only if there are more incremental  release .

Regression testing is reqiured only if there are adequate number or release.This is to ensure that by releasing a new version,the existing functionalities are not getting affected.Automated testing tools plays a big role here.

Quality assurance is long term goal it impact on organization rather than project . So your work doesn't gives more value  addition in sort term ( project point of view ) .Most of the time your contribution is neglected by higher management

Quality Assurance sometimes mitigates the actual Quality Process when there is more documentation required than necessary and this makes the prinicple in carrying the Quality Project obscure.Developer...
