Quality Assurance sometimes mitigates the actual Quality Process when there is more documentation required than necessary and this makes the prinicple in carrying the Quality Project obscure.

Developers always dread or dislike Quality due to the un-necessary paper work involved which does nothing to mitigate the quality requirements.
