Least count is defined as the highest degree of accuracy of measurement in the instrument or the smallest reading that can be measured by the instrument...So for theodolite it is 20" and for dumpy level it is 5mm.

I am casting raft and get the cube .After seven days test the cube that was pass as per rule so I will testing after 28 day ? Yes or no? And why?

Yes, we should test the cubes for 28 days. Because the concrete gets full strength in 28 days. In 7 days the concrete get only 70% of strength and in 28 days gets 100% of strength.

While in duty of supervision of building, you should ensure that the concrete mixing is according to the grade specified. While supervision of road, you should ensure that the different layers of the road are laid in proper thickness.
