I am a team player and have good interpersonal skills. I focus on results no matter how much efforts I need to put in. I am a quick learner and pick up very fast.
Patience, team work, honesty, willingness to give my 100 percent and my learning desire make for my professional qualities.
I want to implement my learning in work place no matter how much time it take. If i would be able to implement close 20% of learning with my hands-on experience, it would be great achievement for me.

Acheiving or exceeding what your organization and client wants consistently.
Success at work is giving 100%
Not every project or endeavour is successful, but if you give 100% and give your best shot then it can be termed as a job well done.

I would judge myself successful when my parents and friends are proud of me.
When I am able to achieve what I want to, nomatter small or big, then I would count myself as successful.
How much supervision have you typically received in your previous job?
Only once and that too in the beginning of the job because in any job a person requires a start. Supervision is required when a person doesnot follow the instructions properly and that never happened with me. I always accomplished my tasks as and when given.
My superviser can give the guidlines and I start from there.
How can a fresh(without any experience) engineer contribute to a company's growth?
I mean to say that a company can hire experienced candidate for more progressive growth. For a fresh engineer they need to train him and after probation period, they will put him for productivity. So why freshers???(say with example of a fresh electrical engineer in a core electrical company)

My career objective was to be successful in my field. Those who discouraged me, didnot believe in me, insulted me are the most influential "people" in my life as they gave me the reason to prove myself and drove me towards my aim to be successful.
