I am a team player and have good interpersonal skills. I focus on results no matter how much efforts I need to put in. I am a quick learner and pick up very fast.

The only challange was to establish myself in the organization as a reliable resource, other challanges are sub-parts of the mentioned challange. I overcame it by putting in all my efforts.

Only once and that too in the beginning of the job because in any job a person requires a start. Supervision is required when a person doesnot follow the instructions properly and that never happened with me. I always accomplished my tasks as and when given.

How can a fresh(without any experience) engineer contribute to a company's growth?

I mean to say that a company can hire experienced candidate for more progressive growth. For a fresh engineer they need to train him and after probation period, they will put him for productivity. So why freshers???(say with example of a fresh electrical engineer in a core electrical company)
