A-C is the substraction of two binary numbers
ie A is added to the complement of C
which gives

10001011.

the unoin operation if considered as the 'or' operation ie  /
we have 10001011 / 00110011 then we have the answer as
10111011.
please let me know  to deduce the correct ans if the above is wrong.

Now, A-C = A+D = 10001011 = E

Now, E U B = 10111011
