Once the object is completed in developement server then object wil be moved to the quality server.In quality they have some sample tested data.Give the tested data and execute the object.If its ok means(expecting output).Object will be moved to production server and implement it.

SM31 To maintain table Table T000.
SM30 To maintain table RSCRMEXTERN for CRM purpose.
SM37 is nothing but its a transaction used for monitoring back ground "btc jobs".
Similarly FYI sm36 is use to schedual btc jobs or the house keeping jobs.
Sm30 and Sm31 are used for table maintainance .
