Ans is Fibonacci series.... if its n steps., then its n+1th fibo no.
It depends on odd number or even number if its 4 then
1111
22
112=3
122=3
so 1+1+3+3
answer is 8 which is 2n of given number
odd 3
then
111
12=2
22=1
so 1+2+1=4
which is n+1
so answer is canot predict
How much horses goats and cows did he buy?
A man bought some horses, cows and goats. They were 100 in number(toTALLY). If it costed rs.100 to buy those 100 animals and the cost of a horse, a cow and a goat was rs.6,rs.3, 10 paise respectively,how much horses goats and cows did he buy?
He will buy one horse, 29 cows and 70 goats .
1*6=6 (for horse); 29*3=87 (for cows);70*10 paise=7.
TOTAL MONEY = 6+87+7=100.
TOTAL ANIMALS=1+29+70=100.
There are 3 persons sitting with the right hand of Ramesh
assume Ramesh=4
a=3
b=2
c=1
Ramesh gives 1 rs/- to a he has 3 left
now a has 4 and gives 2 to b remaining a has 2
now b has 4 and gives 3 to c remaining b has 1
now c has 4 and gives 4 to Ramesh and remaining c has 0.
Here, consider there are n number of persons sitting on the table. Let Ramesh has Rs. x. Then the person to his right will have (x-1) then to his right will have (x-2) and so on till the person to...
At 6'o clock, the clock ticks 6 times. The time between first and last ticks was 30sec. How much time it takes at 12'o clock?

At 6'o clock ticks 6 times means 5 interval
and also given that time b/w first and last tick is 30 sec.
so
30/5=6
i.e time of each interval is 6 sec.
Similarly at 12'o clock, clock ticks 12 times i.e 11 interval
so
1 interval time=6
so 11 interval=11*6
Answer=66 sec
1 minute
1-2-3-4-5-6 there are 5 intervals and 30 sec is given in question...
so 6 o clock 5*6=30sec
7 o clock 6*6=36sec
.
.
.
11 o clock 10*6=60sec
12 o clock 11*6=66sec it will take....so answer is 66sec.
A clock takes 7 sec to strike 7how long it will take to strike 10
10.5 seconds
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+....
so after 10 sec
n*(n+1)/2
so 10*11/2
it takes 55 secs

Answered On : Jun 26th, 2007The answer is he is a visitor i.e. he is telling the truth
Reason:
If he was a native i.e. a liar then his answer would would have been "she says
she is a native" for both cases because
If she was visitor: she would have said she is a visitor and he would have lied
that she is a native
If she was native: she would have lied and again say that she is a visitor and
he would have lied that she is a native.
Best of luck bye
The answer may be native, because without asking her the salesman said the answer, he says only in the condition when he is a liar, so liar means native

Pythagorean triplets with consecutive natural numbers
For readers interested in pythagorean triplets with consecutive natural numbers, take any odd number -- say 11 -- and square it. 11 squared = 121 = 2(60)+ 1. Add 60 squared to both sides to get 11 squared + 60 squared = 60 squared + 2(60) + 1 = (60 + 1) squared = 61 squared. What do we get? (11, 60,...
This is an overly simple algebra question. The first form of the equation is x^2 = 2y + 1. The second form of the equation is x^2 + y^2 = (y+1) ^2, which is just y^2 + 2y + 1. Subtract the y^2 from both sides of the equation and you again have x^2 = 2y + 1.
There are some other ways also1. Multiples of the Odd number triplets, say for example 3, 4, 5 Its multiples also triplets i.e. 6,8,10 ; 9, 12, 15 ;&nbs...
