At 6'o clock ticks 6 times means 5 interval
and also given that time b/w first and last tick is 30 sec.
so
30/5=6
i.e time of each interval is 6 sec.
Similarly at 12'o clock, clock ticks 12 times i.e 11 interval
so
1 interval time=6
so 11 interval=11*6
Answer=66 sec

1-2-3-4-5-6 there are 5 intervals and 30 sec is given in question...
so 6 o clock 5*6=30sec
7 o clock 6*6=36sec

11 o clock 10*6=60sec
12 o clock 11*6=66sec it will take....so answer is 66sec.

Reason:
If he was a native i.e. a liar then his answer would would have been "she says
she is a native" for both cases because
If she was visitor: she would have said she is a visitor and he would have lied
