Cost and Delivery are items that are negotiated during the estimate process. It is important to understand the constraints and goals, as Delivery can be impacted by Cost constraints, and Costs are impacted by Delivery and Quality specifications.

Quality is more than just producing items that look nice or that are "well made"

A) Quality, Cost, and Delivery

In Quality Management, these are considered the three primary attributes of a product or service.

To address each briefly:

1) Quality refers to the product's usefulness to the customer (or customers' perceptions)

2) Cost impacts the marketability of the product and the profitability for its producer.

3) Delivery includes services levels, product availability, and order processing time.
