An ideal job would be one in which I get proper guidance from the senior and yet the freedom and flexibility to do my work in my own creative way. Such a job would give me ample opportunity to learn and sharpen my skills so that I could grow with the growth of the organization.

well, Money is the most important factor or the life as well as work. It is all depend on situation and atmosphere. Some time you prefer work compare then money and some time not.

Generally management looking to hire most qualified person who matches the team and company. So If I am not selected then Somebody else has better qualification than me. It does not change my opinion about company and in next opportunity I certainly will apply for similar jobs in the company.

We will definitely opt for a company which is good in the market but if am not selected for it i would start working on the lacking skills.

When u reverse the digits of age of father u will get the age of son. 10x + y = fathers age 10y + x = sons age : one year ago the age of father was twice that of sons age. 10x + y - 1 = 2(10y + x - 1)...

son's age: 36

It depends on the responsibilities on your shoulder. if i have to complete a task then i can work overnight and weekends............. after that i will be happy that i have completed my job on time.
