How you will react in this situation?
You are a hr person and any employee ask you for half day leave for any reason (like go to dr), and you know that he/she is going for interview. Then what will you do? Will you give him/her leave or not. How you will react in this situation?
An HR personnel should be aware of all these and must have a succession plan which can be done through job rotation. HR person must review the management style to know if employees are not satisfy with it. It might also happen that policies are not communicated well enough to employees.
If the employee is a talented person, I will discuss with him about the matter.

Suppose if the interviewer ask that why have you chosen to go in recruitment only not the other parts of hr like training & development, payroll, compensation etc.

When changing a new company hr ask the question as "why do you changing your company" ..For this what can answer him/her? Or what ans would be the best to impress them.

Planing is the process expecting future events and condition and determining the best way to achieve the goal. Planing is so closed with strategy and I can define the strategy mean that where are you today? and where you are to be in future?
What is more important to you: the money or the work?
Money is always important, but the work is the most important. There is no better answer.
Money and work are both important for me. If the work is satisfying and challenging then we show lot of interest in achieving the goals. More goals we achieve , more money we earn. Both are inter-related.
Together Work is depends on Money , Money is Depends on work. It is natural. If we work hard will get more money. But only money is not life. Work is life money is one of the part in life to exchange commodities
Describe a situation in which you were successful?
It is really challenging task for HR to handle and tackle the situation very diplomatically when an employee is terminated from the organization in which I was successful and also implementing the HR automation which makes the process simple and easy to understand.
