Hi Jyoti sree Yes definetly i would be an asset of u r organization becz here i can maintain confidentiality ( Secrecy) in business process.This will help me a lot to any organization to move in a quick manner. I hope this is a right answer justic them with u r own knowldge.

My attitude is not just being an ordinary employee  being one in a crowd but i would want myself to be known well among the firm not for negative reasons but recognition through my work.I would want myself to be known responding to challenges and being an excellant team player.I would want to play a pivotal role in the firm's progress and contribute my fullest potential for the work.Any firm may expect that from an employee.And my interpersonal skills to add with that i think would makemyself a definite asset for the firm

Being able to review task and regroup where possible.  Provide job rotation where necessary to cut back on overtime.
