What kind of person would you refuse to work with?

Do not be trivial. It would take disloyalty to the organization, violence or lawbreaking to get you to object. Minor objections will label you as a whiner.

This is a very tricky question to test your attitude to others. So you must start the answer in a positive note.

Eg., Well, I am a person, who can work with all kinds of people. However, I feel bit uncomfortable to work with persons of selfish and ingratitude in nature.

You do not refuse to work with anyone.  Each person has been employed for a specific reason, to do a specific job and because of their qualifications, skills and unique talents.  When you agree to work for an organisation you agree to do as you are instructed, so long as it is legal.

I wont refuse to work with anyone. Infact, someones selection itself is a proof that he has some potential and has been hired for certain important work. Therefore, No one should be ignored on the basis of his human weaknesses. But I am uncomfortable with people who are egoistic and refuse to show team spirit.
