When u reverse the digits of age of father u will get the age of son. 10x + y = fathers age 10y + x = sons age : one year ago the age of father was twice that of sons age. 10x + y - 1 = 2(10y + x - 1)...

The option is 73 and 37 is correct because 1 year ago,
son's age: 36
father's age: 72 i.e. twice the age of son's age.

It depends on the responsibilities on your shoulder. if i have to complete a task then i can work overnight and weekends............. after that i will be happy that i have completed my job on time.

You are, of course, a team player. Be sure to have examples ready. Specifics that show you often perform for the good of the team rather than for yourself are good evidence of your team attitude. Do not brag, just say it in a matter-of-fact tone. This is a key point.
