If you are not selected for any reason, What would be your opinion about the company for your friends

Ok. If I am not deserving for this job that is why you do not select me but I would like to say about our company that our company is one of the best organization in the market area.

We will definitely opt for a company which is good in the market but if am not selected for it i would start working on the lacking skills.
I will suggest my friends to surely try their luck in the organization though i have missed out.

Generally management looking to hire most qualified person who matches the team and company. So If I am not selected then Somebody else has better qualification than me. It does not change my opinion about company and in next opportunity I certainly will apply for similar jobs in the company.
