I have given an HR interview where they ask me to write where do you see yourself in 5 years down the line.

One of my friend faced this questions and he answered as ,I will be in you seat,like suppose general manager/AGM has taken the interview....,

This question is asked by the employers to know how career oriented u r. U should focus on your future in the organization in that fair amount of time and how u will utilize that valuable time in the organization. U can focus on how u will develop leadership qualities, decision making, people management etc.Hasini

I want to see myself as a girl who has fulfill her goals in the time of five years and I want to see myself on the top position of the organization to whom I am working means an hard working, experienced and self motivated girl.

In 5 years time, I see myself progressing in (the field) and in (the company), learning new skills to the benefit of (the company). I find this (job position) extremely interesting and motivating. I can see many challenges lying ahead of me, which I am eager to experience. And therefore, I am willing to invest my 5 years time learning all aspects of the job towards professional advancement.
To sum up I want to be an expert in my (field).
