THis question is asked by the employers to know how career oriented u r. U should focus on ur future in the organisation in that fair amount of time and how u will utilise that valubale time in the organisation. U can focus on how u will develop leadership qualities decision making people management etc.Hasini

I want to see myself as a girl who has fulfill her goals in the time of five years and I want to see myself on the top position of the organization to whom I am working means an hard working experienced and self motivated girl.
