How can a Fresh(Without any Experience) Engineer contribute to a company's Growth?

I mean to say that A company can hire Experienced Candidate for more progressive growth. For a fresh engineer they need to train him and after probation period, they will put him for productivity. So Why Freshers???
(Say with example of a fresh Electrical Engineer in a Core Electrical Company)

freshers only after experince becomes experincedperson

next thing ,and very imp experince person cant be molded as per the requirmnent of the company itself
whereasfreshers can be easily trained and can be in much better way used for the development of any organisation under there own polices
