Creativity training is useful to organizations primarily because process or product improvements require thinking beyond the conventional ways of currently doing business.  A program that causes its employees to question an organization's conventional wisdom and practices and encourages risk-taking in the form of enlightened creativity will benefit a company in many powerful and unexpected ways.
