How can you view startup items

There are a couple of way to view and disable the items that start to the task pain... how would you go about doing it and give me the full path to get you there

Hi friends,
              
                  that pc win xp & vista  start>run>msconfig  view the normal,diognostic ,selective  strat up types

Click the start up menu see the started files to this pc. enable or disable of all startup items...

win 2000 pro need to instll the msconfig tool
