Either b) or c) could be correct depending on the motive of the requestor. If the test lead merely wishes to gain information then the role would be c) consultant. However if the test lead anticipates conflict during this meeting then the role would be b) mediator. The role actually depends on what occurs during the meeting. The role can begin as consultant but may lead to mediation if conflict between stakeholders arise.
