The nature of time is dynamic, so the term 'Dynamic Time' seems a bit redundant.  Therefore, I'm not sure exactly what you are asking here.  However, there are circumstances in testing where time becomes a huge factor.  One example of this might be ensuring the proper sequence of data being entered from clients located across diverse geographical areas and time zones.
