Generally i used to work in group..because different views ...different ideas and different logics of all the people working in my group helps much to complete my task....and if the group members are not co-operative then only i prefer to work alone...it helps to concentrate at my work, but in such case also i used to concern my seniors or any experienced person..

Depends on what needs to be achieved For targets wherein individual performances count to acheive group goals like in cricket, you need to be extra cautious. One error from my end and the entire match is lost. Everyones efforts go waste. But when its individual performance alone that matters where whatever I do impacts me and me alone, I'l like to focus like a chess player- on my personal goals. Coz with just one wrong move and I would be off the championship.

I'm an individual contributor aswell as group contributor. How ever I would prefer to work with a group as it would give more views/solutions/alternatives to a single situation/problem and there is a lot of scope to learn new and quick  ways of doing the things. It peps up the challenging spirit in you and you thrive to perform better and better as your efforts get larger visability.Last but not the least it's fun to work in a group/share/learn/argue and finally get associated with the success as contributed by the group/team efforts.

I would like to work in a group ... because working in a group we come to know what mistakes we are doing towards work and we would surely learn lots .... come across different views... lots of compentation which matters a lot and there is good growth in work and quality
