Ctrl+K Not Working in Outlook

While adding the new address to the address book, Ctrl+K is not working. How to tackle with this? I have tried by downloading offline address book, but not working.

First confirm Ctrl and K buttons are working or not.

If the Ctrl K is not working
We need to check the global address book in Outlook if it is not there than we should impot manually
import and export
click on CSV
attach the CSV address book
and go to address book select all the address and click on to the send option and save into draft ..thats all
