    Tell me about yourself?

The most often asked question in interviews. You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Talk about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for. Start with the item farthest back and work up to the present.

Why do you want to work for this organization?

This may take some thought and certainly, should be based on the research you have done on the organization. Sincerity is extremely important here and will easily be sensed. Relate it to your long-term career goals.

The answer for this question should be very precise and punching:

You should do some research about the company and its competing abilities with other comanies in that area.

e.g., "I wanted to work for this company because you are a leading and fastest-expanding company ....... Hence it is a logical progression for me to join this company with my abilities."

    HR-Human Resources.
As per my view to be a good HR person we need to have excellent interpersonal skills, good friendly attitude, decision making skills etc.

An HR is the back bone in an organization. Right from recruiting the suitable candidate to training and then performance appraisal and then compensation and then exit interview...everything everystep involves an HR.

So, if you want to be a soul of an organization not just a part of it, you should be an HR.

The candidate should remember that this is a professional interview; therefore, you should not have to go into detail about your family, whether or not you have kids, are married or any other personal information like that.  You should not divulge age, the year you graduated high school, national origin, race, marital status if it does not pertain to the job.

If an interviewer asks you to "Tell me about yourself," start by saying something like, "I studied _______ in high school, graduated and continued my education at the University of _________ (or took courses in ______), and graduated with a ____ GPA.

"I started working for ABC Company in 1996 doing _____________________ and left there to pursue_______________.  I was then hired at CDE Company as a (name position), doing __________________.  I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges and the type of work I was doing, but now I am looking for new challenges."

Short and sweet.  Giving too much extraneous information could decrease your chances of getting the job.

Both money and job are necessary for us but I think money comes from job so if you give the full effort to do the job then money automatically come, that's why I prefer the job first.
