    Look and feel of the GUI is primarily the difference.  There are also some new functionality the lets the test manager map requirements, tests, and defects more deeper than before if they wish it.  Defects will be associated for one to many.

  • Difference between TD 8.0(Test director) and QC 8.0 (Quality Center).
