the three most important things would be firstly growth prospects...secondly the working enviorment ...and finally..accountability....

Well I feel that there should be a complete decency in an organization. 1st you need to maintain the moral Ethic concepts 2nd the company should be in growing stage and Finally it should have a strong economical power.

Interactive atmosphere so that there is place for everyones idea
Recreational works
Proper time table
