First of all I will bring with me the expertise in the domain you are looking to hire a person. I don't say that I would be the 100% apt individual, but I would bring the strength that a team would need to build a better team both technically and non-technically. You can be sure that my existence would not be just a team member but a person who gels, loves to innovate, loves to drive everyone in the group. If I would be given a chance to select a team which has already achieved a lot and a team which hasn't but strives to achieve, I would prefer the latter one.
Lastly as you might be aware from my resume that I have some non technical qualities which I guess would be an assest to the company's brand image too.
