If the document given to you  Unclear/ Not Understandable then I will go for

hi if the given document is uncleard or not understandable means, first i will disscuss with my team based on the usr that i try to understand that. finally if it is not possible means i revert back to my team lead.govind

Hi

    if ur talking abut requirement document then ther is one team ,which prepare this document called pubs dept U can discuss this to the buisness analyst  for the customer requirement and According to that u can develop the test cases or u can ask for the screen shots from the designer
