Implement testing phase in SDLC for software development

What to do when there is no requirement document and no previous test cases available all most no documentation is available in such situation what to do? I mean when there is no test phase in software life cycle before then from where to begin and how to implement testing phase in SDLC for software development.

First Ans: In a real time scenario, it never happens. If you would have SRS, then and only then you would start your software development which gets tested.

In absence of SRS, it's domain expert or seniors who can help to desing test cases. This is nearer to ad-hoc testing.
