In this adhoc testing we cannot rise issues simply as we don't have proper documents which describes the issue(bug). only a expert pertaining to that product need to confirm and need to send for Change for request to the concern development team.

Hi

If there are minimal and no recquirements

Testing can be done by past similar project experience talking to PM/Test Lead/Developer. In this regard the best approaches are Exploratory and Ad hoc testing.

When we have no document we can test with the help of the domain knowledge. Once the test cases are written we can send the same to the business people to check whether we are covering all the areas.
