In this adhoc testing we cannot rise issues simply as we don't have proper documents which describes the issue(bug). only a expert pertaining to that product need to confirm and need to send for Change for request to the concern development team.

If u don't have any document, but you have application, that time you go to application help and see the which functionality how it will work , that time you know each and every functionality how it will work, please try .

Gather specifications yourself by attending design meetings, daily standups, and having one-on-ones with developers.

When we have no document we can test with the help of the domain knowledge. Once the test cases are written we can send the same to the business people to check whether we are covering all the areas.

If we have minimal or no documentation about the product the I will discuss the application scenario with the business analyst or developer or both . Based on the discussion I will prepare a document and will write test cases based on that.
