Given that (a-b)/3.5 = 4/7
                 (a-b)        =3.5 *4/7
                          a-b =(0.5)*4
                          a-b =2
                             b=a-2--------(1)
 
sub b=a-2 in (1)

                         b=a-2 =>a-2=a-2=>
                         a=-2------(2)
sub a=-2 in (2)
                         b=-2-2
                         b=-4 


  hence............b<a
