Agile is the mindset. On same table BA,Client,Developer and Tester sits and work together. Here no any difference between Developer and Tester. Sometime Developers do testing and Testers do developing. Here only one moto to finish work as early as possible. In Agile pro-activeness is really important to work.
In agile projects, on each day at Morning Scrump i.e. Meeting done only for 15 min. to get progress of work and again get start with work.
