Solution for RCC Slab and Beam with wrong Concrete Ratio

Site dimension is 30ft*40ft and we have total 14 columns and we have lift planned in the plan too. Also our finished roof height is 11" as per the plan. We are planning to construct Ground + 2 floors of 1000sqft each on first and second floor. Ground floor we have have 1 BHK + 2 car parking. Everything was going fine but for our ground floor roof slab, contractor used wrong concrete mixture of 2:5:7(Cement: Sand: agregates). Now we are not sure whether its safe or not and we want to know what are the other measures to ensure that we have safe slab and beams.
If you require any other information, then I can provide the plan and other details too. Please advise.
