We need to configure this setting in Web interface servers. In citrix web interface management, Goto Session preferences and set the web session time out.

There are two types of time out - WebInterface Time out & Time out from the XenApp servers. WebInterface time out is configured under web interface management console -> session preferences;
2) Server time out is configured either via local policy/GPO or through terminal server configuration manager -> Environment Settings

Two types of timeouts in Citrix:
1. Webinterface portal timeout (webinterface url will logoff) default 20min (WI and IIS)
2. Session timeout (application disconnection) this will be configured in xenapp servers (ICA-tcp or RDP-tcp properties) or GPO/local policy or XenApp policies.
