How can we know how many requests are in queue?

I guess To check in the access.log or either plugin-crtl.log
One more web start tool to install and connect to web server then we can find out the easily.

Enable server-status in the httpd.conf and access http://webserver/server-status - Count of the requests marked as "W" indicates the number of requests in queue

You need to install WAS related steps and managed node .So you need to install webserver from admin console.

Then webserver is controlled from dmgr .So in this case you need to restart webserver then check in browser like :

http://:port/snoop or http:///snoop as you mentioned in the virtualhost.conf
