By using a point-to-point protocol, that allows the branch office router act as a PPP  initiator to the peer PPP router at the main office.
Now, for security purpose, the PPP protocol packets can be tunneled using a tunnelling protocl like IPSec (tunnel mode) or L2TP etc.

You have to download "Cisco Systems VPN Client" program, and also to get the .pcf file, which must contains the host IP and your username.... I hope that I gave you the key for your answer.

There is no one answer for this very broad question. You can use Microsoft IAS, Cisco, Juniper, etc. Basically you need to use a routing protocol of some sort to connect the two offices. This would typically be configured on the default gateway. If the branch office is small enough (1-2 people) you may choose to simply use a VPN client (Cisco, Microsoft, Sonicwall, etc). In that case only the main office would need to be configured and the client installed on the branch office computers.

When someone said "Install the VPN client" that is 1/10 of the answer and would likely lose the job for you. Way too many assumptions are being made. You assume that the network is Cisco, that a Cisco VPN endpoint has been configured, that there are pcf files created, etc etc. Dumb answer.
