 Load = mass x gravtational acceleration i.e g

Force = m x a


that means  Load  is dependent  on gravitational acceleration  but 
force is dependent  on acceleration of the body.

Load = mass x gravity this  vertical  and directed by gravity. towards the earth center. Force on the other hand is free and can have any direction.
