What have you learn about yourself,yo role,the team anad company team over the last 6 months?

I have learnt that scaling up and taking up additional responsibility always helps in the corporate world.
Since I am in HR i have also learnt that people skills are of utmost importance to my role and the best prcocesses fail with inadequate people skills.
Teamwork is of utmost importance as ultimate delivery is always a joint effort. A team of brains is always superior to one.
The company team needs to always work towards a unified goal resolving conflicts arising out of individual or departmental goals.
