Capgemini placement procedure

Aptitude of Capgemini is Online.
In our college people studied the previous
year papers & mugged all the answers
But this time the paper was totally new. not even a question repeated.
People good at aptitude could solve it.
There was sectional cutoff for quant & critical reasoning.
You got to attempt equal questions.
CAT books will be sufficient for both sections or
you can have RS Agarwal.
There are 4 rounds in Capgemini
1.Aptitude 2 GD 3.Tech interview 4.HR interview
Then you get an offer. Package given to us was 2.75L
GD is not an
elimination round whereas all others are
I think aptitude is the important thing coz in our college around 150 gave aptitude of which 42 cleared aptitude 39 GD
& then 28 finally got the offer.
All the panels were good.
& yes time limit 60 mins 50
Questions, 25 in each section

i am vinod from NIT Calicut.I am placed in CAPGEMINI in the year 2008.

as per my experience in my college,capgemini took a written test where 180 appeared and selected 72 for technical interview then a GD in which 36 were selected,and finally HR round in which 25 got selected and i am one of them!

PATTERN :
WRITTEN TEST
IT CONSISTS OF TWO SECTIONS.
1.logic/maths [ae they say]       25 questions
2.quantitative                              25 questions

1 mark each,there is a -ve marking of 1/4 for each wrong answer.
sectional cut-off of 10/25 in each section.

out of 50 questions ,22 questions are from the previous year question papers
they try to make the paper so that really 10/25 is a great possibility
