Start-programmes-command prompt-type the path of the script like tempscriptscript1.usr and then enter.

You can't record a command prompt operation in LoadRunner. Because LR works on a environment where Client and Server talks with each other. It records only the communication of Client to Server and verifies the reply from Server. Simple example of this type of architecture is Internet Browser and the Web Server.
