I have found not only improper boxes even one Cosmetic Error also in your answer (Confirm spell is typed wrongly...:))

hi mutthupadi !

Taking your example of three text boxes, the alignment of boxes is just cosmetic error, but the spelling mistake of conform could be low severity and low priority error as it deosn't effect the working of login by an individual.

i hope i am close to the example of LS & LP.

Severity of the issue is given by the tester who raised the issue.

Cosmetic issues , spelling mistake,alignment  are Low severity issues

Priority of  the issue will be given by the development manager after analysing the issue

It is not necessary that the severity and priority of the issue be same.

please correct me if i am wrong

Spelling mistakes, If image is looking dull, cosmetic error's and alignment problem is coming under Low severity and low priority...
