I would describe my style as a 'delegator'.  Delgeating work gives your subordinate a sense of trust, helps improve work-flow, and ultimately takes a load of tasks off of the leader's desk.

I would say that I have a mixed leadership style that is situational.  Generally I am democratic but there are times that I need to be authoritative because some things just require a decision to be made.
