My goals and capabilities should gel with the same of the company. I look forward to an organisation with which i'm able to step forward towards my goals but at the same time add a respectable portion to the company's basket also.

Good answer Sucheta.I would like to some more text to it.I look for professional environment/cooperative colleagues-lots of learning and sharing/continuous learning/opportunities to enhance my skills/visibility/recognition to my efforts/last but not the least fun at work :)Rgds,Madhu:)
