In the Process of QA if something is found divating from the prcess, corresponding role is penalised. The penality for deviating from process is called non-conformity raised.

Non confirmity will be raised in Audit process.

The auditor will prepare check list and carry this for audit process.

He will ask auditee for evidence accordingly from check list if any thing is not having any evidence then Non-confirmity will be raised(NC). It should be closed after the root cause analysis,
