My capabilities allow me to hold a position/job high above my collegues, with whom I will work at the same desk at present.

Five years down the line I see myself fully established and regarded by my colleagues.  I see myself working on some great projects.

I set my standards high for myself and meet all of them.
In addition to that
my outcomes are a success.
And also when my supervisor or my boss appreciates me for the work
I have done.
I think all these things prove myself successful
I will achieve success by working hard to reach all my targets

What were some of your thing about your last job that you found most difficult to do ?

The main thing found difficult to do is to get the work done by others(subordinates).

Description: When you will in charge of managing a department, you will be asked for everything by your CEO and to avoid that you must be getting the work done by your department workers

I would like to avoid micro management and avoid receiving in and out info. The manager should emphasize on the strategic one while the employee may concentrate on how to achieve the ultimate goal with minor guidelines.

I would like to avoid being micro-managed. I know what I'm doing, and I know how to do it. The manager should just tell me what needs to be done, when it's needed, and the constraints. After that, just let me carry the ball and get out of my way.

I will manage or supervise others by influencing the people  and not controlling.

A person who is disloyal to company, violent and Law breaker is very difficult to adjust with.

I believe that working in groups improves the productivity as there are multiple brains working  together for achieving the objective and ofcourse  creativity level will shoot up.
