I am working as software engineer in Infosys and has 2+ yrs exp in telecom domain, I got offer from Tech Mahindra recently and I would want to know whether its wise decision to move in this recession period, though changing ramps up my telecom knowledge.I came to know that Tech Mahindra environment is cool but the employee growth is not that good as the promotions will be getting after 5 yrs or so....

As a telecom engineer I will suggest you to stay where you are, It is not the right time to make the jump, As you have 2+ telecom domain experiance. WIPRO or Capgemini are the companies you have to look out for. Good luck, Persue what you feel good for you...
