Wise decision to change the job
I am working as software engineer in Infosys and has 2+ yrs exp in telecom domain, I got offer from Tech Mahindra recently and I would want to know whether its wise decision to move in this recession period, though changing ramps up my telecom knowledge.

I came to know that Tech Mahindra environment is cool but the employee growth is not that good as the promotions will be getting after 5 yrs or so. If any body has idea on this, please suggest me some thing on this.
