ans will depend on type of system.
if OS of that system can be somehow put into ROM itself then , of course Yes .
and if OS is big enough not to be put in to ROM , then NO.
btw There are many mobile whose OS are loaded into ROM itself, they dont need RAM.

No, it is not possible to run the system without RAM,because, ram is random access memory,it is used for the temporary holding the process data.

No. You cannot run a system without RAM. Because to start a computer, its Operating System has to be loaded into RAM(Random Access Memory).

The processor reads what to do next (instructions) from RAM. So without RAM, you cannot start a computer, and you cannot tell it what to do.

No We Cant run any Os install In hard drive without Using Ram, Because When We 1st boot up the System It Loaded Some Os File Into RAM and all those Links that Has the Location Of the Data In hard drive Sometime we used terms File systems Like Fat(File allocation Table)or NTFS etc There Are Many Reason Why we Used RAM Instead Using Hard disk Because Much More faster Than Hard Drive. If we Used Hard drive Instead of Ram It Takes Long time to Boot Up.

Yes, RAM makes OS faster. But RAM is just another memory. Benefit of RAM is that commands can be moved in and out of RAM. However, an OS can be designed to run using other type of storage devices as well
