If for Receiving Module,

We can see the Shipped qty & Received Qty from the table RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES

If for Purchasing Module,

We can see the Received qty & Cancelled Qty from the table PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ALL

If for Order Management Module,

We can see the Shipped qty & Cancelled qty from the table OE_ORDERS_LINES_ALL
