Safety Stock Calculations

Requirement - We Have 2 plants
1. Maxico and 2. Wuxi which supply Product to Us but now we are planning to Close Maxico plant and murge it to Wuxi.....Lead time of Product is more in case of wuxi than the Maxico considering this factor we need to calculate Safety stock with respective Wuxi Plant.
What we have to calculate this is , Item supply data for last 26 days.
So could you please suggest us suitable solution for the same?
We need to calculate this all using Oracle APPS.
