When you plan to delete your personal data from your computer and you do not like to some one recover it back then do this.
1. Change the extension of file which you want to delete.
Example the file you want to delete is (Avseq01.dat) change this file extension to something else (systemfile.dhgf) or anything you want.
2. Delete your  data.
Now if someone tries recover it becomes very hard because the recovery software will know files base on file format and file extension, but now the recovery software does not know about this extension and format. so its hard to recover it again.
