Controller not working

Hi,
I downloaded the evaluation software from HP website i.e Loadrunner9.1 for Win but unfortunately the Controller is not working. I don't have any idea where I am going wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.

I think you have trail version of the LoadRunner 9.1 and It has the different components in the installation. Except the Load Controller you can use all the components after the grace period (10 days). To get the controller active after 10 days you should have a liecence file.

completely uninstall the HP Loadrunner using Revo uninstaller and install the fresh loadrunner software which give u a 10day trail version. repeat this after 10 days everytime

Please try to open Controller as Administraator... it worked for me.... Hope it will for you as well..
